"Staff and cleanliness, although something needs serious attention. Some parts of the property wall are peeling off specially in the spa, in our room it also have a sign of wallpaper uneven. This is not something you see in 5 star hotels. Also, we requested quite room but unfortunately we were assigned in a room that have constant noise of water running through ( avoid 1105 )every 2 minutes. "Excellent location!! Close to all the attractions. The lad at the smoothie bar was outstanding!!! The reason for some of the lower scores is cleaning of the room was superficial with remnants still present. Buffer was extensively geared towards pork products. Had notified hotel prior about sensitivity around pork products. kudos for addressing to water leak which the following day. Telephone would not work so you had to walk to front desk with inquiries. Location was fantastic. "
