"The hotel had a system update and took a very long time to find out our booking list. The receptionist asked us for cash and told us that they would not charge our credit card. Still, I found out today that money was deducted from my credit card. Refund me immediately."

"The staff was really nice and friendly, and their garden was beautiful. However the rooms were not so nice. The bed was rock hard and their sheets were dirty. Would be nice to have a shower door too. It was a place to sleep and that's it."
