"The room was neat but not very clean as we found other guests clothing left in the bathroom and at the end of the kids bed was a lots of dust and cobwebs. One of our lamps bottom shad was barely hanging on. "

"The room was very clean and big. One elevator was broke down so it was a long wait to go up or down to/from your room, or take the stairs. The restaurant was closed so everyone gathered in the lobby area and was packed. The furniture was run down and ripped/torn and tattered looking. We also had to pay to park at the hotel which wasn’t disclosed until we checked out. The lot was packed and no other options around to park. "

"The hotel was cold the first night. I asked to switch rooms to a higher floor and that made a difference. I liked the restaurant and the staff was friendly. I felt that paying for parking was a downside. I felt it should have been part of staying there. "
