"Reserva cancelada sin previo aviso. Tuvimos que desandar casi una hora de camino porque había dado nuestra habitación a otros poniendo la excusa de que no lo tenía abierto con hoteles.com Dijo que nos había escrito un email pero no recibimos email ni llamada avisando. Muy decepcionante."
