"The hotel is small. Our room could not be described as spacious, either. However, it is very centrally located in s'Arenal not to mention that is has excellent connectivity to both Palma de Mallorca airport and the city. Our room had a mansard style balcony, with views over the streets and the square. The check-in process was fully automated, we did not see or speak to anyone. It was all codes and cards. Very 2022, but it did work and we only stayed the night so not a big drawback."

"Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße zum Ballermann.Das Hotel war hellhörig, wodurch man nachts und tagsüber die anderen Hotelgäste durchgehend hören konnte. Das Zimmer war stark in die Jahre gekommen, keine Klimaanlage, nur ein alter Ventilator. Nach dem Duschen stand meist das ganze Bad unter Wasser, da der Abfluss nicht richtig funktioniert. Großer Pluspunkt des Hotels: Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend! "

"Absolute heaven. Very basic but comfortable hotel in fabulous location. Lovely pool, very peaceful bar area, big bed. A stones throw away from the most gorgeous beach. Easy bus to town. No frills at all but we loved it. "

"The first room we were given was disgusting, we had cockroaches, dirty sheets and it smelled like chlorine and looked nothing like the pictures. After arguing twice we were given a much better room, however the sheets were still dirty and the previous person’s clothes were still in the bed."

"Can Guillo needs a bit of a modernization as everything looks quite old. To start with, there is no aircon in the rooms, they give you an electric fan that is very noisy which makes impossible to leave it on throughout the night and it gets really hot. The windows in the room are really small which means there is no air/proper ventilation. The fridge in the room is also very old, we had to unplug it due to the noise. The breakfast is also questionable, there were flies all over it... For us the...
