"The hotel is new. Basic facilities and amenities. Good location. No fridge and coffee machine in the room. I would recommend for anyone who wants a stay in a basic room. Friendly staff. Of course it’s Philippines."

"Our room had a blocked toilet which they didn't attend to when we asked. No room service for the two days that we stayed. No bath mat no face washer no coffee and only 2 complimentary bottles of water for two days."

"Awful customer service, waited too long at the reception as they wont let me in coz there system doesnt appear it was paid when i have already got the booking no and the amount below is showing that it was paid. I will NEVER recommend this place under any circumstance"

"Easy access in the Alabang area but very traffic indeed, its considered as Metro Manila. The shower pressure is really low and drainage is a big problem. The restaurant in the lobby is awful, they always don't have nothing available when you order food. Its just a place to crash at the end of the day."
