"The staff, specially the bell boy was super helpful. He helped us get a taxi at 5am when there was no one around to help. He went out his way to do so. The room was super clean, however there was smoke involved which triggered an asthma attack. I would prefer if there was an smoke free option for next time but i will be staying here again"

"I with family have stayed for 2 weeks. The standard of the hotel is quite good. The swiming pool is clean. Room cleaning you have to ask every time, they dont have routine. The kitchen facilities are not as required and the oven didnt work."

"The only thinking it was there check in policy because I arrived at 7am and they told me I had to wait for to 2pm and I was tired and exhausted from the flight But the staff work fast so I can get a room At the end I just waited 2hrs i was in my room at 940am. Thank you "

"Very good hotel. Excellent quality of the rooms! A couple of (very) small things; 1. The Pool is only open between 8am and 4pm, which is a little tight 2. The Shopping Mall is walkable (some hotel staff say it's not) - but you need to be creative/patient with the traffic! 3. This is very close to the final approach of Jeddah Airport - and you will hear planes in the middle of the night. Other than that, it's an excellent hotel and very reasonably priced. "
