"Hospitality was poor by the owners, no greeting on arrival. The room was ok, house keeping was poor three days no clean or fresh towels. Ended up buying toiletries from supermarket and new towels. Breakfast was terrible, went out each day. The menu was limited allot of food was not available to order as they had no ingredients. The location of stay is perfect can walk to all amenities. Overall 4/10. "

"The owners were friendly and helpful, and it was cheap. However, the fact that A/C was NOT included was well hidden in the list of conditions. While Expedia listed the place as "having A/C", you actually have to pay 6-8 Euros extra to actually "use" the A/C. I think it is important for potential future customers to know that yes, the place is cheap and the owners are nice, don't be surprised that you will have to pay extra for A/C."

"The promity of the property to the beach, pool, restaurant and supermarket is perfect, however some rooms need maintenance. There is no air conditioning or fans available and the WiFi is limited to the restaurant area. The staff are friendly and welcoming, but the property is a little tired. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable apartment with a great balcony. It is not too modern and is great value for money. It was easy to find and very close to the seafront, it has a pretty garden. The host was friendly and helpful. Milatos is a peaceful seaside village reminiscent of Crete 40 years ago, however it has choice of places to eat. We had our best meal in Crete so far at Meraklis Tavern on the waters edge, very good value"
