"Property was very good albeit in the middle of a huge city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On reception they advertised times and a menu for their bar and restaurant. However when we enquired they told us it was closed but they would happily order in for us if we needed assistance. Room was very good apart from the mugs for coffee both of which were dirty and very obviously used fairly recently as the tray they were on was wet and stained. The bathrooms that have a tub/shower can be awkward getting in and out in a tight space but we had plenty of quality linens, the beds were very comfortable, they had several English speaking news outlets and the location is perfect.
