82 m2. More information by the provider: In 2015 new built and modern 3.5 room attic apartment (82sqm) with balcony on the 2nd floor (without lift). Central location in the middle of the village. 2 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes to the cable car station Rinderberg. There are numerous stores within a radius of 100m (grocery, clothes, shoes etc.). Nice panoramic view to the Rinderberg, the Chumigalm and with overlooking the rooftops of Zweisimmen. 1 uncovered parking space available. Perfect point of departure for all leisure activities (summer and winter). By the way: If you are not in the mood to cook on your own - the restaurant "Brasserie zur Simme, chez Marco", run by the owners of the apartment, is in the same house (day off on Wednesday and Thursday). The apartment is not suitable for small children and persons with walking disability due to the access by the staircase.
Bright living-/dining room with open-plan kitchen (among other things furnished with ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso) as well as a fondue-set), dining table, sofa and TV. 2 bedrooms each with double bed (180x200cm). 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer.
