"This is a nice hotel. Staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Every staff member that I interactacted with are multilingual...Very impressive. For your convenience there is a grocery store and pharmacy less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The tram is also about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. My room had a sink with a slow drain. "For first time visitors to Zurich, the Sheraton we enjoyed the Sheraton. Access to Public Transport was excellent, we had driven and found it easy to access the car parking at the Sheraton. Staff were very friendly and efficient."

"This was a marvellous find for us, its just outside the Zurich but so easy to get to with the tram stop outside. The hotel is spotless and so well kept it a delight. The atmosphere is chilled and very quiet great for relaxing after a day of travelling or sightseeing. The staff were all very polite with great English to.
