The fully enclosed,2000 m2 large courtyard of the villa features an imposing overflow pool of 68 m2, ideal for a refreshing swim at any time of day. Enjoy the lazy afternoon hours lounging on the sun loungers by the pool or put your barbecue skills to the test on the outdoor, gas grill. If you are looking for recreation and are of competitive spirit, there is also a private badminton court along with the necessary equipment at your disposal. The court can also be used for playing volleyball. The offer of the villa furthermore includes 4 private parking spaces.
