"This holiday house is cosy and has a sunny patio. Lots of birds. At night it is peaceful. We love to walk the paths around Scheldeoord, and to walk along the dijk and beach. We have stayed here twice now. and will return to be close to family in Zeeland."

"Die Unterkunft ist gut eingerichtet. Durch die Hecke an der Grundstücksgrenze ist erstaunlich viel Privatsphäre gegeben. Im Sommer wäre ein Klimaanlage komfortabel, da sich das Gebäude recht schnell aufheizen. Die Autobahn in der Umgebung ist leicht zuhören, wenn man mit offenen Fenstern schläft. Gut ist der eigene PKW Stellplatz vor dem Gebäude. Obwohl an einen selber hohe Anforderungen zur Einhaltung der Sauberkeit gestellt werden, war die Unterkunft nicht wirklich sauber beim Einzug. "Das Haus war nicht sauber, viele Spinnen, der Blick zum See ist schlecht, der See ist nur für Angler, die Anlage ist langweilig, zum Meer ist es umständlich,alles teuer und man erreicht vieles nur mit dem Auto, ich fahr da nie wieder hin! Holland besuchte ich nocht zum 1.mal aber sowas hattr ich noch niehdjdabgebrochen."

"Das Ferienhaus erschien im ersten Anschein sauber und gepflegt. Bei näherem hinschauen war doch erkennbar das es Verbesserungspotential in der Sauberkeit gibt. Ebenfalls war das Haus renovierungsbedürftig . Die Gartenmöbel waren teilweise defekt und voll mit Vogelkot. Keine deutschen Sender im TV , w lan funktioniert nicht bei schlechten Wetter. Holland gerne wieder aber nicht in dieses Ferienhaus"

"Excellent property, well equipped both inside and out. Located just a short walk to the beach and the pretty village with a small supermarket and variety of bars and restaurants. The owner , Eric Speckens provided us with lots of information prior to our arrival and met us personally both on arrival and departure. We will be back."
