"Three of my friends and I had an amazing time during our stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and plentiful, sauna was perfect after a long day of skiing. The bar was great and Stavros our bar tender made the best drinks for us while we enjoyed the piano player every evening before dinner. The entire staff was attentive and remembered our preferences with food and drinks. Beds were comfy in the two bedroom suite we shared. Definitely a great stay for a week of skiing. "

"Really nice hotel, well located close to a lot of mountain hikes! Well served breakfast and really tasteful dinner! The service is perfect and very friendly. The sauna landscape is really great. Huge parking lot easily accessible."

"I was disappointed that staff made me feel like I was an imposition, particularly Uta Tobisch. The other staff made some effort but a far cry from other areas across Europe that I’ve visited. I stayed for two weeks for a figure skating competition and my room was far from the main restaurant, cleaned only every other day, and I constantly had to request more toilet paper. Utilities and room are adequate. "
