"We very much enjoyed our 2 weeks' stay. The apartment is very comfortable, roomy & well-equipped. It also has a spacious covered terrace (complete with both a comfy seating area & a dining area). Whilst the very pleasant owners live on the ground floor, they were not in the least intrusive (+ the apartment has a separate entrance)."

"Die Anlage ist wirklich schön und der Pool toll für die Kinder. Jedoch ist die Ausstattung / Möblierung der Wohnung nicht übereinstimmend mit den präsentierten Fotos. Die Wohnung ist viel dunkler und zusammengewürfelt möbliert. Leider war die Wohnung wohl länger nicht gelüftet worden so dass es nicht sehr gut roch. Das Badezimmer ist neu und toll. Die Küche ist klein aber gut ausgerüstet."

"The property is rustic French and was perfectly OK in that milieu, but the external features were disappointing. The hedges were not cut and we’re untidy. The grass surrounding had not been cut and it generally did not look as smart as the web images suggested. I enjoyed my visit and as a pied-a-terre it was fine, but the owners need to improve the exterior. Having said all that I enjoyed my stay and only mention these concerns to help the owners."

"We stayed here because of the 4/ 5 star rating reviews , for us it did not stand up to portrayed as that. The veranda is very nice , but the bedrooms and bathroom has no natural light. Sophie and Denis are very nice hosts , and will help you in any way they can . The village of ASCAIN is very good for numerous walks , and you have a good choice of bars and restaurants , which is 5mins by car , and the coast is not too far away. The goats and chicken are lovely"

"The property owner was lovely and he even brought us some food from his own home because we had arrived late due to our flight being delayed. The actual complex that the flat is in is lovely and the pool was nice ( though a bit cold!). The view from the balcony was fabulous and we really enjoyed sitting there. The walk to town was as described and was not a problem for us. The flat itself however is in need of an upgrade. At the very least it needs a deep clean. I should have paid more attention...

"We stayed 6 nights with a family of 4 and found it was a very enjoyable residence due it’s relatively small scale, comfortable apartments with complete furnishings, super welcoming staff and a well-sized swimming pool.
