INTERIOR
The villa welcomes you with a patio serving either the living area or the sleeping area.
The living/dining room is very spacious and allows direct access to the terrace (at the front of the villa) or to the garden and pétanque court (located at the rear of the villa).
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee machines, toaster, juicer, etc.
On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen Size bed 160*200 with private shower room and toilet and access to terrace and pool.
Bedroom 2: Queen Size bed 160*200 with private shower room and toilet.
Bedroom 3: 2* single beds 80*200, (possibility to bring them together and form a double bed) with private shower room and toilet.
A laundry room is available with a washing machine, iron and cleaning supplies and a safe.
The upper floor serves three bedrooms:
Bedroom 4: Queen Size bed 160*200 with private shower room and private balcony
Bedroom 5: Queen Size bed 160*200 with private shower room and private balcony
Bedroom 6: 2* single beds 80*200, (possibility to bring them together and form a double bed) with private shower room
There are 5 toilets in the villa.
A hair dryer is available in each shower room.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has WIFI.

EXTERIOR
The villa has a lovely shaded terrace overlooking the pool.
The pool is heated and fully secured with a fence and gate. Ideal for children.
Around the pool, several sun loungers.
Under the pergola, a dining area is set up with a gas plancha.
A pétanque court has been set up at the back of the villa to enjoy long summer evenings with friends or family while having fun.
A parking area that can accommodate up to 4 cars inside the property is available.
