"On Monday the 17th a day before our departure from the hotel the cleaners never bothered to clean the room claiming that we had on the door the don’t disturb sign which was not true. We removed the sign at 11.30 when we left the hotel. The reception offered a clean towels but after demanding that the room has to be cleaned they called the chambermaid to clean the room. Also they called the plumber to to fix the hand basin block."

"One of my favorite hotels in Italy! I come to Brescia often to visit my family, and staying at Hotel Ambasciatori makes my time in the town where I spent many of my childhood summers an absolute joy. Everyone is friendly, accommodating, and lovely! The location is superb, and the lounges/bar area are stunningly charming. "
