Really nice hotel, if you have a car
I stayed 3 nights in this hotel, and I can't really complain, apart from the fact that is far from everything. Links to Bologna are scarce. You need a car. I booked it to be close to Unipol Arena (It's 35 min walk), again no public transport to link to the venue, so unless you like to walk, it's not suitable. If you have a car, please book ahead. The hotel staff were really friendly.

In Bologna on business
On business for one night in Bologna. As business hotels go, this offered the barest of essentials. Semi large room was quiet and the bed (2 twins pushed together) was comfortable. The TV was the size of a laptop computer's screen. The bathroom was of adequate size but contained a miniature shower. The restaurant's offering was quite limited with typical Italian style bright lights that offered no warmth or ambiance. Front desk staff was very polite and engaging. Friendly. As Italian non-chain hotels go, not too bad, but not up to par with typical US business road warrior hotels.

Nice modern hotel.
We only stayed one night as we needed to be in the area very early the next day. It was nice to find a modern and spacious room. The hotel is situated in an industrial area of Bologna and it was the most modern hotel we stayed in in Italy, nice surprise.

I called in advance to confirm to availability to reserve taxi for airport, and the staff told its not difficult to get it so its OK to ask front when we arrive at hotel.However, i asked taxi to reserve when I arrived, the staff said its too difficult to find taxi around here.And the staff said i don't gualantee the reservation. it was very not consistent. And there was opened bottle water in fridge and used solid soap remained at shower room. It was very bad memory staying the hotel.

Da dove iniziare.... Più che Urban direi Jungle Continental Hotel. Dopo un primo inizio promettente, si sono verificati una serie di eventi spiacevoli. In primis le basse temperature di stagione che non hanno trovato ristoro con la climatizzazione all'interno della stanza. Richiesta assistenza alla reception che prometteva di alzare la temperatura, cosa che non è stata effettuata (abbiamo sofferto il freddo durante la notte), scoprendo solo l'indomani, alla richiesta di un piumino da letto, che era anti economico chiamare un manutentore per modificare il condizionamento spento una settimana prima in vista delle temperature primaverili. Un consiglio importantissimo: chiudetevi a chiave nelle camera perché quando meno ve lo aspettate, il personale delle pulizie, alle 7,30 di mattina apre la porta della camera in maniera arbitraria solo per lasciare i teli puliti, dato che tutto il resto delle pulizie giornaliere non viene fatto e non sappiamo il perché. Dulcis in fundo, i prezzi folli per dormire in un igloo... Questa è stata la mia esperienza, addolcita solo e per fortuna da una buona colazione.

DA EVITARE!
Ho prenotato per 3 notti una junior suite e mi hanno assegnato una stanza base, molto piccola, attrezzandola con 2 accappatoi...della serie: si prendono gioco del cliente...inoltre stamattina non c'era posto per fare colazione...insomma, zero serietà e professionalità...considerando la tariffa di più di 400 euro a notte...io non ci tornerò MAI PIÙ!
