Independent Villa with an incredible sea view from every bedroom is located in a few minutes of walking from the private beach in a calm unique place. And you can reach the center or grocery in 5 minutes by the car.

Villa with a private garden, heating swimming pool and areas for chill. It is just completely refurbished with all new furniture.

Ground floor consists: kitchen, dining area with a fireplace, living room with a fireplace, bathrooms.
First floor: 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Every bedroom has own balcony with overwhelming sea view.
Underground level is used for laundry and technical issues.
Also you’ll find few different spaces for chill in the shadow on the sofa or in front of a big swimming pool.
Villa has a garage box for two cars, also you can park your cars outside the house. Territory of few villas are closed with limited entry through the barrier with a concierge.
