Impressive vacation home built in the style of the 50s with a splendid view of the Gulf of Tigullio and the promontory of Portofino, immersed in the palm trees and pines of its park, less than 1 km from the first beaches and the center of Rapallo. Here you are in one of the most charming areas of Liguria, with a constant succession of villages and towns that are among the most famous and visited in the world. Rapallo with its center can be easily reached on foot. Santa Margherita and Portofino are only 10 minutes away by car. The characteristic coastal village of Camogli, which still preserves the origins of the typical fishing village, can be reached by car in less than 20 minutes along the panoramic road "La Ruta di Camogli", from where you can admire a charming landscape. The area offers countless activities: From Camogli, by sea, you can discover the Abbey of San Fruttuoso, located in a bay that seems enchanted. Those who love the depths of the sea should not miss the "Christ of the Abyss" and the "Grotta dei Gamberi", while for trekking lovers there are numerous trails, including the path from Camogli to Punta Chiappa or San Rocco, or the path from Rapallo to Portofino, along the sea via Santa Margherita to arrive at the trails in the Park of Portofino. Genoa, with its center and aquarium, is less than 35 km away, while the Cinque Terre are easily reached by train from Rapallo for those who want to go further. The house is accessible via an external staircase that leads through the private (terraced) park. The first floor of the house is closed and is used by the landlady as a storage room.

Der Aufenthalt war gut im Haus. Leider ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend ein kleines Update.

il est impossible de se reposer dehors avec le bruit des cigales et du voisinage. La terrasse du haut n’est pas desservi par la cuisine ou le séjour donc impossible d’y manger sans avoir à monter et descendre les nombreuses marches de la maison et de la propriété. 70 marches par aller et autant au retour sans compter celle à l’intérieur de la maison. C’est Très fatiguant. Nous vivons donc sur les 10m2 du balcon du séjour uniquement et 2 chambres. J’aurais loué un studio c’était pareil. La maison est très mal isolée et insonorisé avec son simple vitrage et si vous fermez les fenêtres ça devient une fournaise à l’intérieur pour la même raison. Je vous remercie d’avoir fourni une climatisation mobile pour la chambre de ma fille mais cette villa devrait être climatisée totalement au vu des températures que nous avons maintenant et de sa faible isolation. Je ne comprends pas le principe de l’appartement au dessus des garages non utilisés tout comme le rez de chaussée sous la villa. Pourtant un endroit avec une vrai terrasse et plus fraîche que le haut de la maison. Nous avons un tout petit chien qui passe à travers et sous les différents barreaux de protection donc je dois la porter pour aller dans le jardin , nous ne laissons pas ouvert pour éviter qu’elle chute. Nous avons l’impression de vivre dans un immeuble sans ascenseur et non dans une villa de vacance . L’ensemble de la maison est vétuste , plafond fissuré qui s’effrite et qui tombe au sol , faïence cassé dans les s
