Though the Ha Hotel in Mostar, Bosnia/Herzegovena would appear to be a budget hotel, the rooms are very comfortable and the service is exceptional. We needed to have laundry done even though we weee there only one day. The front desk arranged for us to receive same day service and had it back before we needed to check out!
