"We stayed in Stephan's chalet i week 11 2017 and had a wonderful holiday. The chalet is cozy, well maintained, very clean and has a great location in the out skirts of Bad Gastein (10 minutes car drive from ski lift in Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein). Our communication with Stephan was really good. He always answered our requests very quickly, and we therefore felt us good taken care of when we stayed in his chalet. We give Stephan and his chalet 5 stars! Of course there is always a bit room...

"Auf der Sonnenterrasse der Kärntner Alpen an oberen Ende eines alten Dorfes. der Platz wurde bereits im 15 Jhdt. bebaut und bewohnt. Das Alter des Hauses war unbestimmt, aber sicher alt. Modernisiert mit E.Heizung, im Bad der Fußboden, haben wir eigentlich nur einen alten Holzofen vermisst. Der hätte Platz genau dort, wo der Fernseher steht, den eigentlich Niemand mehr braucht, in dieser Lage, in dieser schönen Umgebung. Und das Wetter wie fast immer um diese Jahreszeit einfach traumhaft....

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Chalet sehr genossen. Urlaub pur. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, und wenn, wäre Klaus jederzeit ansprechbar gewesen oder hätte kurzfristig zurückgerufen. Und Klaus weiß, welche Restaurants empfehlenswert sind, wenn man in der hübschen Küchenecke mal nicht selbst kochen möchte. Das Chalet bot Gemütlichkeit in Reinform und war sehr gepflegt. Die Natur ringsum war einfach imposant, bot tollen Ausblick, viel Ruhe und Entspannung, und jeden Tag neue Impressionen....

" Das Ferienhaus entsprach im inneren dem im Fewo- Direkt angebotenen Haus. Jedoch war das Grundstück extrem klein und sehr ungepflegt. Die Außenansicht war nicht wie auf dem Foto im Angebot! Der Zugang zum Haus war über eine unbefestigte Treppe nur schwierig zu begehen, besonders im Dunklen da das Licht auch defekt war. Wir haben uns bereits bei unserem Vertragspartner beschwert aber immer noch keine Antwort erhalten!!! "

The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location is also a big plus—convenient and in a great area to explore. "This place is first rate, would absolutely stay again. It appears to be brand new, and everything was in impeccable, perfect condition. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating - he dealt with our late check-in, invited us to a local event (New Year's Eve fireworks!), and allowed us a late checkout to help us deal with a complicated family situation. Shower is beautiful, kitchen area is great, beds comfortable, and really nice coffee maker setup. The area is not particularly walkable,...
