"I could not rave about this property, staff and overall experience more. It was heaven on top of a hill with stunning beach views from my room and complete peace above the beautiful town of Zipolite. To be able to go have a fun day down on the beach either relaxing or filled with local activities and then retreat up to the Aikia was a dream. Waking up and having coffee and breakfast in this oasis with those views I could do every day. Adrian and the staff took such amazing care of my friends and I - we can’t wait to return! "

"Had a great time at Descalzo! Will definitely go back next time in Zipolite. Beautiful facilities. Reception staff could communicate/coordinate better amongst themselves - one person tells you one thing and another tells you they have no idea what their colleague promised. Only comment is that the food at the bar and restaurants associated to the hotel are pricey compared to options nearby and service wasn't always great."
