"The property was nice and convenient for location. The floors were creaky but that's expected in an older home. The beds were nice and everything worked as it should. I did slip down the concrete stairs out front and have torn a muscle in my back in ice that formed over night. Be careful. Thank you for letting us rent your property. "

"David and his staff make the whole process so easy. The home is beautiful, fully stocked with all you will need and conveniently located 10-15 mins from gate 8 where you pickup your navy graduates. I highly recommend this home if you are attending Navy Bootcamp Graduations. "

"The property is older with very creeky floors and busy road out front but the neighborhood was pleasant, easy to access and had designated parking in back. Everything I googled: grocery, food, Starbucks, NEX, Navy Grad, was all 7 to 14 min away (O'Hare about 30 min). The only thing we couldn't find was beach access but were close to drive to a peer. All towels, bedding, dish soap, trash bags, pots and pans, plates and cups, TP, paper towels, were comfortably provided. Minimum stairs for my mom to navigate, convenient back door and fenced yard for furbaby to go outside. My graduate was given weekend liberty and we were able to extend our trip into Monday, the host responded quickly and made the process seamless. This is not a new property and has the charm and quirks to prove it. Overall I would definitely choose this over a hotel. Highly recommend!!"
