Umgebung und Ort sehr schön
Der Ort Zingst ist immer wieder schön. Leider war es schwierig mit dem Auto auf den zugewiesenen Parkplatz zu kommen. Mit grossen Autos fast unmöglich wenn alle Parkplätze besetzt sind. Ausparken nur rückwärts mit ewigem rangieren und dann auf dem Zugang zu den Wohneinheiten mit abgeklappten Spiegeln an den Briefkästen vorbei. Sauberkeit war ok, Nachbesserung wäre wichtig.

Empfang durch die Argentur war sehr schlecht
Wir hätten am liebsten alles nachgewischt. Leider war kein Putzmittel da. Terasse sehr vernachlässigt

schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorrangend. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe, das Zentrum zu Fuß gut erreichbar und trotzdem ruhig. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet und hat eine schöne sonnige Terrasse auf der man sich gut aufhalten kann.

Immer wieder echt schön
Zingst ist immer eine Reise wert & dieses Objekt ist ein wirklich guter Ausgangspunkt: gute & trotzdem ruhige Lage, gut eingerichtet, verhältnismäßig wirklich wenig Bürokratie (so wenig Schreibkrams hatte ich noch nie!) & alle Kontaktpersonen waren freundlich & kompetent! das ist schön ganz schön viel...

Wir hatte schöne Tage am Meer. Der Weg zum Meer und in die Stadt war angenehm kurz.
Die Art und Weise und der Ablauf des Mietens der Wohnung hat bestens funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit: für uns wurde unkompliziert ein zweiter Hochstuhl und Reisebett organisiert. Herzlichen Dank. Auch vor Ort sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung hat auch für Kinderschritte eine perfekte Entfernung zum Strand. Der Garten ist praktisch. Haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Top Lage, schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Strandnahe Lage perfekt. Angegeben ist sie für 4-6 Personen, dafür fanden wir sie allerdings zu klein. Für 3-4 Personen ist sie genau richtig. Ein großes Manko ist das W-Lan, in der gesamten Wohnung war so gut wie kein Empfang. In der heutigen Zeit geht das nicht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war die ganze Zeit sehr nett. Der Hausmeisterdienst sollte an seinem Dienstleistungsgedanken etwas arbeiten. Die Angabe "Hausfrauen sauber" fanden wir nicht nur unpassend. Die Wohnung war sauber, aber etwas gründlicher könnte an einigen Stellen schon gereinigt werden.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit Sonne, Wasser und Wellen. Eine liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht und direkte Nähe zum Strand!!!

Schöne FeWo. Aber..
Leider kann ich den Zustand der FeWo nur mit "befriedigend" bewerten. Viele kleine Mängel, welche leicht zu beheben wären, trüben den Gesamteindruck. -Im Badezimmer, sowie im Schlafzimmer 1 war jeweils eine Glühbirne defekt. -Der DVD-Player spielt leider weder vorhandene noch mitgebrachte DVD`'s ab -unbrauchbar! -Die Terrassenmöbel waren grob verunreinigt. -Im Hausflur wurde zwar gefegt. Allerdings wurde das Zusammengefegte vergessen, so dass man es sich den gesamten Aufenthalt angucken durfte. - In der FeWo selbst wurde unter dem Bett, in Schlafzimmer 2 Richtung Ecke, wohl schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt?! Stark verdreckt und sehr unappetitlich. Unter "hausfrauenrein" verstehe ich etwas anderes. Da fragt man sich wozu man eine, nicht gerade geringe, Reinigungspauschale zahlt. Ansonsten hat aber alles gepasst und es war alles wie beschrieben.

Erholsame Tage
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage in Standnähe. Uns hat es super gefallen, man hatte alles was man braucht.Die Ferienwohnung ist schön hell und sauber war auch alles,nur das Internet ist nur da wenn es lust hat,aber das war nicht weiter schlimm. Und die Schlüssel zu bekommen war nicht so nett, da die Dame im Büro ein Problem mit Internet Buchungen hat.Das gute war aber das Frau und Herr Beer sich sofort und super lieb gekümmert haben.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Schön, ruhig, erholsam und kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Ortszentrum.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es hat nahezu an nichts gefehlt. Lediglich das WLAN war unterdurchschnittlich, aber das ist absolut verschmerzbar. Hier kann man bedenkenlos wieder Urlaub machen.
