"This property was very hard to locate and unfortunately my team had to leave the property and find another place to stay for the following reasons. When we arrived the property manager informed us that the guests from the night before had left late and that they needed time to finish preparing the house. But after waiting for two hours we realized that they weren't planning on finishing cleaning but that he, two wemon and three children were only watching TV. They did prepare our rooms but they...

"The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy. The hotel is difficult to find, it does not look like a hotel ad there are no signs. There is a large sign for a betting shop across the front of the building. There is no lift and the hotel has many floors. The only breakfast offered was matoke and rice from 0930 am. Staff were friendly and helpful and made every attempt to keep the hotel clean but...
