However, the reception staff was different, one of the ladies had no idea about answering the eco question. Made me feel uneasy about the service of the hotel. Over 3 days, then they will change the bed sheet. Short of housekeeping staff? That middle-aged woman's response was out of the blue, and confusing. Don't they need to change the mug used before? OMG, just replace the new one...
