"This property has gone down hill since it opened as a Shangrila. It is now 20 years old and despite several branding changes (now VOCO an IIHG hotel) and a renovation, the service and remodel is substandard. The hotel claims it is a 5 star but the room service menu is a joke. The food is hust bad. "This is suite hotel is conveniently located and has spacious rooms. Cross the street, there’s a famous book store. "
