"Hardware is good.Service is bad. We drove all the way from Shenzhen to the hotel and when we pulled the car to the front of the hotel, a staff came out. His first comment was: you cannot park the car here! No greeting or welcome as we would have expected. How were we supposed to unload luggage?!! "We had a fantastic stay with our two kids here . We booked the kids room and it was clean and stocked with play toys. The staff here were all very courteous and kind. The food in the hotel was very inexpensive but tasted great ! We would definitely recommend this hotel ! "
