"Great hotel with a spa and pool. Amazing breakfast… so many choices and so much food . Beach is not too far from the hotel… the hotel has a mini beach but mainly for kids ( very shallow) it has a great walking path around the lake. Restaurant the port was good and opened til 11pm which was great. We only stayed one night but should have made it a longer."

"Hotel mocno średni. Pokoje tragedia połamana deska WC, ułamany zaczep od drzwi prysznica, spalona żarówka w szafie, niedziałające wifi, szlafroki tragedia. Prośba o większe szlafroki nie została zrealizowana mimo że powiedziano w recepcji że będą dostarczone. Upominanie się o papier toaletowy bo nikt nie donosi rano i dwa razy o obsługę kręgielni. "Lovely new construction hotel where an old palace once stood. Very modern appointments and rooms. We prefer a bit more charm and historical reference but can see the appeal of this place. The food was great but dining room and common areas very stark. Nowhere to really relax or unwind which resulted in an early departure. The room with large windows was beautiful but definitely in need of proper bedside lamps. It was either overhead fixture or reading spots. No elevator or bell service so best...

"Hotel is on outskirts of town and is mainly a resort with cabins and basketball courts and a small sandy beach on lakeside. Area is beautiful but for a "business" traveler this hotel doesn't offer. WiFi poor. Room small and there was two single beds in my room which were fold up beds that were so low to ground its difficult to get up from. "Wonderful! Their spa/water facility , esp hot tub to rest my tired body & was such a blessing that evening after walking for 5 hrs at the Malbork Castle on the same day. The room was big, airy beautiful with the view of front entrance. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes & slippers. The towels were big fluffy. "The hotel was nice. A little difficult to find, especially at night as not well lit or signposted. We used the restaurant in the hotel which was really nice. The hotel just lacked a bar/somewhere to have a coffee. I imagine, in summer season it would be a very nice destination. We used the local train from Ostróda which was easy to navigate. "
