The staff were exceptional; communication was seamless, and their service was incredibly accommodating. Cameron, who checked me in, was both kind and understanding. Since my room was ready ahead of time, I was able to check in early, drop off my luggage, and explore the city right away. One evening, my ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign was misplaced in the hallway, but the staff quickly provided a replacement, even late at night (around 10 pm). I truly appreciate the hospitality and comfort during my stay, and I will definitely return the next time I’m in Berlin!"
