"Very clean location. Neighborhood is starting to get revamped so it may look a little scetchy coming in but the actual property is in a nice area. Bed was not very comfortable but other than that it was a nice stay. Reminded me of a small cabin on a river type feel."

There is cardboard instead of glass in one window. There is black mold in the bathroom. You can not shower there! There's a random light that stays on and you can't turn it off. "It is exactly what the pictures show. It’s a shed converted into a hotel room. It was clean, secure, and suitable for a single traveler. The bed was smaller but I managed to fit on it. I’m 6’2” and 250lbs. The A/C was small but it worked very well. The property is surrounded by a locking fence/gate. The room has a deadbolt that can only be locked from the inside. The property is really pretty. It’s walking distance from a few craft breweries, food trucks, and coffee shops. I would stay here...

"This house was the perfect place for my family and I to stay in while visiting family in Zephyrhills! It can be a bit tricky getting out of the driveway since this house sits on a busier road, but it’s completely doable. The pool in the back was just icing on the cake! My kids enjoyed it immensely! The entire pool area is enclosed in a screened porch making it so nice to enjoy in the evenings. We will definitely look to stay here again!"

"Thought it was comfortable! Very flashy yet super quiet once you get to your room floors. I thought the dining was super cool! They had so many options, we tried Sugar factory and the Seminole! They both blew our minds and taste buds!!! I recommend for the couples , families, or even singles !!"
