-Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
-Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
-You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
-Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
- Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
-Parking: 3 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.


This cozy 4 bedroom is a few minutes walk along highway 50 to Zephyr Cove Beach. Such a great location for summer and winter.
Entrance into the house is either through the garage or up the stairs to the front door.
On the main level is the living room and kitchen. There is no dining table here. The bar in the kitchen does seat 8 people. There is a cozy gas fireplace in the living room, sliding doors out to the deck with the hot tub. On this level is bedroom 1 with 2 twin beds, this room has a Tv. Bedroom 2 with a queen and Tv. Bedroom 2 also has sliding doors out to the main deck that has views towards Zephyr Cove Beach. There is a full shared bathroom on this level.
Upstairs are bedroom 3 and 4. Both with a king bed, tv's, ceiling fans, slider out to a little balcony and a half bath in each room. In the hallway upstairs is a shared shower room, just a shower and a towel warmer in this room.
