As you step into the home, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, where the main level features a cozy living room adorned with a charming gas fireplace—an ideal spot for family gatherings and creating unforgettable memories. The sociable bar area, seating eight, invites laughter and conversation as you share meals and stories. Each bedroom offers a unique sanctuary, with tranquil views and convenient amenities like private balconies and TVs, ensuring everyone finds their perfect retreat. -Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
-Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
-You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
-Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
- Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
-Parking: 3 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Perfect area to stay at. Only about 6-8 minutes from the town. 15-20 to either Nevada Heavenly side or California side. Check in was smooth and place was clean on arrival.

Lovely and Cozy
Lovely and cozy! We had a wonderful time playing in the snow and warming up in the hot tub. We enjoyed the kitchen for big family meals and making brownies with the kids. So, roomie and a great location. We would love to have stayed longer.

Our stay here was amazing! Everything from the cute decor, functionality of the place, modern look, and outstanding location was perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything was pretty clean. I wish this place would’ve had an outdoor grill/bbq but we made it work with what we had!

This space was perfect for our boys trip to the mountain. Great place to come relax after a day out boarding. The upstairs shower/steam room was such a pleasant surprise, definitely would stay again. Thank you world class!

Great Spot, Bad House
House is in the most perfect location and the best possible view of the lake (we circumvented the whole waterfront and Zephyr Cove is the best view). However, the house itself needs upgrading!!! No A/C, but they fail to mention there are only screens on 2 windows of the entire house (it got up to 89 degrees upstairs) so you can't even open the windows/doors. Fridge/freezer has make-shift drawers. You can tell it was renovated, in the cheapest way possible! The showers are problematic, one of the doors shattered on a guest nd they had they had to be rushed to the ER for stitches

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This updated property appealed to everyone in our family (ages 2 - 74.). The roomy open floor plan allowed for flow, privacy and togetherness. Our 2 and 4 yr old enjoyed playing in the snow around the home. Adults really loved the spa area. If you have mobility issues, note that stairs up to the home are steep. The person in the downstairs queen bedroom said the mattress was too hard. Easy main road access. Snow was cleared from the roads quickly. We hope to return in the future and would recommend it to others.

Great Location! Great Stay!
We had a great stay in this cute house! Accommodated our group of 7 comfortably. The house is not without its quirks but it’s in a great location. Short drive to the lake, casinos, grocery store, restaurants etc. A couple minor improvements could be made, maybe one or two new pans (esp since there isn’t/they can’t have a bbq here) & a good power washing of the balconies. It’s nice to be able to go out on them but they were so dirty, trying to be mindful of not bringing dirt in the house if there were mats or something inside the doors that you could leave your shoes or slippers on, that would be helpful! I get that it’s the end of the season, so hopefully they’ll be cleaned for summer. A mat would be helpful coming in from the hot tub too, that shag carpet wasn’t it! It was just a soggy dirty mess! Kind of weird since there was still snow! lol However, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay in zephyr cove - the location was perfect to walk across the street to beach and enjoy the lake and beach bar. The house was clean and well equipped as advertised. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub as a family chatting about the adventures we had that day. Thank you for the fabulous family vacation.
