When you arrive, you’ll be happy to know you’re not going to climb any stairs to get in. The two-car garage offers you straight access into the mud room off the kitchen. Enjoy the cozy fireplace while watching a movie or streaming a show in the main living room just off the dining room.

The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main level with virtually no stairs to worry about. While the younger groups will enjoy the freedom of the lower level as it offers two more bedrooms and another full bathroom as well as a game room / bunk bedroom combo. Perfect for the multi family or friend groups that enjoy their own space. After a long day at the mountain, kick back and relax in our large 8 x 8 hot tub right on the massive deck for your gathering.

For those of you who like to keep your business in check while taking that needed break, you’ll be happy to know there’s high speed Internet and Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, a printer if needed.

In the Winter, you’ll find some great sledding spots close to the home for the kids to enjoy and just a ten-minute drive over to Heavenly Ski Resorts gondola near the casinos at Stateline. In the Summer, you can take a short walk over to the Zephyr Cove beach & Marina where you’ll be able to take a journey out on the M.S Dixie cruise or even rent your own boat or personal watercraft. If hiking is your focus, there’s plenty of forest trails nearby including the amazing Tahoe Rim Trail featuring over 165 miles of hiking with amazing vistas, alpine lakes, and meadow creeks to see.

Cozy home base at Lake Tahoe
This was a perfect place to come home to after a day of taking in hikes and scenery around the lake! Location was perfect— five min to Stateline and great places to eat but situated in a more quiet, less touristy area. Five min walk to lake was nice too!

Lovely Zephyr Cove Stay
The house was great! Very clean and so homey and comfortable. The owner was also extremely helpful in answering my questions when I arrived. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent Stay for the price and area
The home was as shown on the pictures (with no pool table and an extra carpet square or two). The rental had almost everything we needed for a whole week’s stay and was in a great location! It has a great layout for teens who need/want their own space to sleep and hang out ;)

The house itself was great for my family and my friend's family to stay in. Got a little space from all the kids! Also, our host was so accommodating. We had a few issues with an impending storm and the wifi was out in the area and Maria bent over backwards to help us. Would definitely rent with her again!

The house was a bit dated except the bathrooms! They were very nicely done. Except the downstairs shower head didn't work which we were told the day before check in. It was not great for those staying downstairs, but we made it work. We enjoyed having a fire, eating at the nice table. Enough kitchen supplies for cooking which was nice. Loved just having the code to check in.

Great Getaway Home
The vacation home was as advertised. It was comfortable and plenty spacious for all 8 of us. The home was outfitted with pretty much anything you need. Plenty of warm and comfortable blankets, beds and linens. The kitchen had anything anyone would need for their stay. We entertained 16 and had the room and utensils, kitchen tools, etc. we needed. The only complaint I would have is that the house could use a thorough and deep cleaning - walls, carpet, kitchen, etc. We would rent it again.

House is well maintained, nice and cozy. Communication all went well. However, I felt two things downsides 1. Slope to the main road with snow became slippery and it led to collision and damaged my front bumper. Not sure what can be done about it. 2. Checkout of 10am seemed a push.

Sheriffs showed up cause false advertising.
Stay was nice up until the final night when the sheriff knocked on the door saying we had to move the cars from out front of the house to zephyr cove because the renter shouldn’t be advertising 5 parking spaces at the property during the winter. Most of my group had been drinking and it made for a real bummer on the last night we had..

Snowy Weekend Getaway
The property overall was super spacious and fit my family well. The bathrooms were all beautifully updated. The house does need a deep cleaning done. The carpets, especially on the spiral staircase were quite dirty. The kitchen needs some updating but does offer everything you need. We weren’t able to use the upper or lower decks because of so much snow. We couldn't really leave the house because of the snow storm but the street was a great place to sled. Maria was very attentive and very accommodating with the check out time as it was snowing pretty heavily.

A nice well equipped kitchen - we cooked our own food. Nice comfy beds and privacy in each room. Gate on the spiral staircase was helpful. The kids thought it was great! Deck and spa safe & secure!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great. Sierra Tahoe Realty were very helpful and answered questions quickly. The house is well stocked. One thing it does need is a better can opener.

A bit Disapointing
The good- -well-equipped kitchen -great communication with the homeowner -comfortable beds with nice bedding and comforters -washer and dryer- dryer was nice for wet clothes when the kids came in from playing in the snow -great sledding hill next to the house -smart TVs -lots of bedrooms and beds -updated beautiful bathrooms -the garage was nice to keep cars in -fireplace in the living room the bad -very dirty, I'm talking dirt that has been there for a long time, especially in the kitchen (shelves, cupboards, stove...) - spiral staircase to downstairs, the carpet was filthy and it was very difficult to get luggage up and down to the bedrooms, you could take it in through the downstairs door from outside but then you were carrying luggage through the snow - limited parking due to the snow, she did call someone to plow so we had room for the 3rd car -the spa was dirty, smelled and disgusting, we couldn't use it -no firewood supplied and it was super expensive to buy -the living room is small for a large group, there were 12 of us - the kitchen is super small and needs updating, very difficult for more than 1 person to be in the kitchen fixing meals for a large group We had a great time in spite of it all but I was very disappointed mostly because of how dirty it was. The cleaning lady had come but there were hair and fingernail clippings on the bathroom floor from the previous people and the floor hadn't been mopped, just swept. Most of the filth had been there a very long time- the home needs a deep cleaning and some updating in the kitchen for sure.

Thanksgiving Trip
Ten family members met in Tahoe from all over the country as we are a military family and spread far apart. The spaciousness of the house was perfect for us! We had space left over! The beds were clean and comfy. The bathrooms are decent sized and updated. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, and other items needed to prepare a huge Thanksgiving meal and several others throughout the week. The large table was perfect for sharing meals. The second fridge in the garage was a nice bonus for drinks and pies. :) Maria was extremely responsive in handling any minor issues that arose (spa code, spa not heating, needing snow shovels for clearing safe walking paths, Wi-Fi/cable needed restarted.) We really only had one con to mention and I noticed others have mentioned it as well. We spent the first hour in the house cleaning. Dirty floors, dirty sliding glass doors, dirty bathrooms, and dirty kitchen counters. I spent 10 minutes trying to clean the coffee pot before giving up and buying one from Walmart for us to use for the week. Thankfully, there were Clorox wipes and sprays all around the house, along with Swiffer floor wipes and Lysol. Overall, a great space and location for a family get-together. Oh, and a really nice neighbor kept warning us about a bear behind the house. Unfortunately, we missed seeing it, but saw a bunch of huge bear tracks in the snow. Maybe next time!

Every year we go to Tahoe for my mother-in-law‘s birthday. It’s somewhat of a tradition. Maria’s rental was absolutely perfect. We have somewhat of a larger, immediate family, and were able to comfortably fit everyone in her house. It was wonderful.

Great weekend getaway
This is a very well appointed rental. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in with the family. Plenty of room to spread out both upstairs and down. The three bathrooms are clean and modern. The beds are comfortable. Location is walking distance to Zephyrs Cove beach in about 4 minutes. We had a great time on our stay.

Perfect for Us
We stayed here for our daughter's wedding at Round Hill Pines. It was perfect for our family and bridesmaid's the night before and getting ready in the morning. There were plenty of beds and towels (the new bathrooms look great by the way!) and the parking situation is good compared to other Tahoe locations. A huge plus is a garage you can actually use, not always available at VRBO's. Maria was fantastic to communicate with! I had a concern from a previous review and she explained it and also made sure the house was extra clean and ready for our group. The house is not new but it is clean and comfortable and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and for a stay. I would stay here again. Thanks Maria!

Great place stay! Plenty of room for our family of 10.
I recommend staying here! Close to everything in Lake Tahoe, and really nice house. The internet was down for a few hours, the host was very accessible and called me to follow up on our stay.
