In the hamlet Orzola 1 km from the centre of Zenevredo, 24 km from the centre of Pavia, 70 km from the centre of Milano, in a sunny position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), 120 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 2'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool with privacy (11 x 5 m, depth 150 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 50 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Wonderful house in a wonderful place
We had a great time in Lombardy, and would be happy to return. This is one of the most beautiful houses we have never stayed in. The villa is gorgeous and comfortable, with large rooms and a lot of equipment. Incredible views on the hills and vines landscape, beautiful pool, nice gardens. Grazie mille a Maria Teresa & Gianalfredo!
