"Our family of 7 enjoyed our vacation over Christmas at this property. The owners were wonderfully kind to communicate with, rent from, and decorated for the holiday so my daughters would feel welcome. The space is wonderful for a large family or perhaps for 2-3 smaller groups. I would definitely rent again. I would highly recommend in the spring and summer as I’m sure the garden is amazingly beautiful—it was even enjoyable in December. Thank you again, Barkeys!"

"Me and my 5 friends stayed here for 3 nights. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The organisation and commucation with the house owner and the lady that welcomed us at the park was great. The house itself is very nice, clean and has a nice outdoor area. The sauna is very small so that only 2 (max 3) people fit in. The described 'pool' is not really a pool but rather a bathtub with jacuzzi functions. I was not surprised by that, because I asked for that info beforehand. But I think this wording...

"We stayed four nights in this cottage which is relatively close to the motorway between Holland and Germany. It is a very spacious cottage, converted from an old farm building, in the grounds of a small hotel. The setting is very rural, and therefore peaceful. Nearest village is 2-3 km away. The cottage is furnished in a very traditional (old fashioned?) way, but has clearly been very recently modernised so kitchen and bathrooms are very well appointed.
