"I stayed for 2 nights and my room was not cleaned. the toiletries in the room are very basic. no soap/shampoo at the spa/pool showers. stuff were nice. pool was nice. the air-conditioning was very weak"

Arrived to the property from my flight to Belgrade at 11:45 pm, check in listed until midnight. Rang the bell, person popped up in a window saying that she doesn't have my reservation and advising me to call listed number. Called, was told to SMS. Asked how to check in, was told that check in until 11 pm and asked to send photo of my passport in WhatsApp....
