The house has a large living room (flat screen TV, DVD player, radio, fireplace) with open kitchen (stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, etc.) and 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a combined living and Schalfraum with flat-screen TV, sofa and wireless connection. The house is equipped with underfloor heating. There is a fireplace in the living room, which provides in the murky season for warmth and comfort, because our house 'erratic' is a house for all seasons. The decor is high quality and taste. On the large terrace are wooden garden furniture and a beach chair. There you can enjoy in summer meals, or enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. The detached house is surrounded by a beech hedge and a traditional local stone wall. In the white country kitchen you will find all necessary electrical appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooker, coffee maker, kettle. There are 2 secured parking on site. Cot and high chair are available. Washer and dryer are available to guests to use free of charge. For cyclists a Focus MTB and a ladies bike is ready. Towels and sheets are provided for a fee.

Set on 107 m² allowing a maximum occupancy of 7 people. The house is the entrance to an idyllic complex of 5 villas, the same type in a quiet regions. From combined bedroom and living room on the upper floor you have a view of the backwaters. The spacious living area with open kitchen and dining area on the ground floor (leather home interior, LED TV, stereo, CD player, fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood u. V. M.) is very comfortably furnished and welcomes you with a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy our spacious sun terrace facing south from breakfast to supper. A beach chair and garden furniture invite you to sunbathe. In thatched garden house two bicycles are available, as is a barbecue, a bike rack and a limited supply of firewood.
