"This is a great apartment overlooking the marina and it is even better than in the pictures. We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. "Wir, ein neunmonatiges Baby, 2 Kinder 4 bzw. 7 Jahre alt und vier Erwachsene, haben in dieser großzügig geschnittenen Ferienwohnung mit alleiniger Gartennutzung bewohnt. Der Aufenthalt war toll. Das Ostseebad Bansin ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu erreichen. In Mellenthin kann man in einem Bioladen einkaufen, eine Kaffeerösterei ist ebenso fußnah zu erreichen. Das Wasserschloss lädt zu leckerem Kaffee und Kuchen ein. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen."

"Beim Einchecken an der Rezeption war die Dame sehr freundlich (das war auch die einzige am gesamten Aufenthalt). Das Zimmer hat gestunken (die Abflüsse). Auf den ersten Blick sah es sauber aus, aber z.B. unter der Couch war es mehr als dreckig. Dafür das man knapp 65€ für die Reinigung zahlen muss. Ist es mehr als ärgerlich! "Die Funktion der einzelnen Hausschlüssel konnte beim Check-In nicht erläutert werden. FEWO-Türe klemmt und knarrt laut, alle Sitzmöbel sind durchgesessen und verschlissen. Bettgestell knarrte bei jeder Schlaf-Bewegung laut. Leuchten im Flur mit defekten Birnen. Küchennutzung durch Platzmangel etwas eingeschränkt. Viel Verkehrslärm durch fahrende und parkende Autos und einen Regen Buslinienverkehr bei beiden Straßenseiten. Tiefgarage nur als Gitterkorbparkplatz möglich."

"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot.
