"A lovely hotel, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. "

"This building is in an industrial section. The air conditioning in the little box room was not working and even though it was promised to be fixed before evenibg it was not. There are steel shutters to keep it safe and the light out but meant there is no airflow with thw window open. The door was super heavy and secure. There is no reception, no food nearby and the beds were super soft with poor foam on top to try and rescue them. We stayed one night and found a new hotel for our next night, with no refund for the unused night. Find somewhere else!"

"Upon arrival, I discovered that parking is only available 250 meters from the hotel and I had to drag my luggage uphill. At the reception, I was told that as a Gold member, I am not entitled to late check-out and would have to pay 6000 HUF for it. The room was old and smelled bad. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Clean hotel although staff need more training. Was told I didn’t have a booking even after showing the confirmation and payment and the same thing happened at breakfast. Restaurant was closed on the evening too."

"Now this was totally unexpected. I am originally from Pernitz, about 20 or so km from Wiener Neustadt, but live in Los Angeles. On this trip from the USA to Austria we were visiting friends in Ljubljana, and after arriving in Vienna we had planned to spend the night in Wiener Neustadt instead of Vienna to cut the trip to Ljubljana the next day shorter. Since I am from Pernitz I never had any reason prior to this to spend the night in Wiener Neustadt, since I have family in Pernitz and Gutenstein and could stay there, but because of the Slovenia trip we decided to it it that way. And boy of boy was that a great decision!! That hotel is unbelievable!! Super clean, super friendly staff, buffet breakfast to kill for (everything spotless clean, buffet itself very nicely arranged and lots of delicious cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, cereals, different kind of breads, sausages, you name it. And the coffee equally great!! And then the price!! We paid $ 68 for a double room, two buffet breakfasts included!! And no problem with parking or anything else. Having said all that I will definitely make Wiener Neustadt now a destination, because I would not mind at all spending a few days on every visit in this great place, that not many people know about. I had no idea it existed until I stumbled on it by chance when I booked my hotels online and decided to give it a go simply because it was on the way. To summarize: If you spend some time in lower Austria, give this hotel a try!!! "

"We enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel. It is located directly across from the Esterhazy Palace, so it's convenient if you are visiting this beautiful spot. The full breakfast was delicious, with all the options one could wish for. It would be nice if the restaurant offered more vegetarian dishes on their dinner menu. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean with good amenities. "

"I had the opportunity to stay in this brand-new building, just two weeks old, and it left quite an impression. The room, while convenient, might feel a bit small for longer stays, but I suspect there are larger rooms available. The bathroom is a modern, and the bed, pillow, and linens are exceptionally comfortable, clearly of high quality. All the amenities provided are from well-known brands, adding to the overall feeling of luxury. The wooden flooring throughout the room adds a touch of sophistication. The air conditioning system did a commendable job of keeping the room comfortable, although it was a tad on the loud side. What stood out were the numerous details and the thoughtful inclusion of various lighting options, creating a wonderful ambiance in the room. There was a Smart TV available as well, which is always a nice touch. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Parking right next to the hotel was a breeze, and the best part was that it was free, though this might be due to the hotel being in its early days. The price I paid for this booking was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. It's a fantastic find! 👍"
