"First of the pictures are very misleading, you would think this holiday home is isolated but its far from that. It's right next to a giant hotel and a translation just 100 feet away. That really wasn't what we expected. Next no Heating for two full days, after we complained they said some technician will come(He never came) after complaining again the hotel owner swiftly came by and just turned the fuse on for the heating. Really makes me question why they couldn't have done this before we...

"Wer die Ruhe sucht wird hier fündig. Wunderschönes, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen und entspannen. Dazu noch herzliche Vermieter, die einem sofort das Gefühl geben willkommen zu sein. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine ein bisschen frühere Check in Zeit wäre toll, so könnte man auch schon den ersten Tag richtig ausnützen."

"Vera is a great host, nothing is too hard for them and they even answered my Whatsapp messages on Sunday (their rest day). I'm so thankful to have found this place. The property has very strong vinegary smell in the kitchen/living area, so strong that we tried to avoid the kitchen as much as we can. The property is so hot, we turned off all the radiators and still very hot overnight, not sure where the heat is coming from but we were there in Feb, minus 10 degree C overnight and we were hot....

"It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. "

"The staff at this hotel are very friendly, the breakfast is super delicious, and the room is pretty good sized! I stayed here for the ironman triathlon and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the events. I would definitely stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Great place but uncomfortably warm

"The hotel has great facilities and is excellently located. Also very friendly staff. Our issue was a lack of AC and fans, which meant the rooms and reception areas were all uncomfortably hot (we were visiting during 25-30 degrees celsius temperatures in August). The place felt like a heat trap. It meant one of the key elements of a hotel (sleep) was not achievable. "

"Beautiful hotel, lovely views. Great place for a summer holiday. Lots to do in the mountains and a very bustling lively little town. Plenty for adults and kids entertainment wise. Rooms very modern, really clean. Lovely pool. Really nice food. Would definitely return. "
