In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "71" 400 m, railway station "Zell am See" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Gondola lift 50 m, skisport facilities 300 m, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
"Holger", 1-room apartment 40 m2 on 1st floor. Partly renovated in 2021, cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed and 1 double sofabed (168 cm, length 195 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony.
