Comfortable
This location is comfortable, spacious, and clean. The patio had a nice breeze. Great hot water. There were lots of dishes for a big group but we could have had pans of different sizes.
If you are coming during the warmer months, there is no A/C or fans available.
Two of the beds were sunken in the middle. We paid for the entire space, but the owner locked two of the rooms so we didn't have access to them.
It's adjacent to a church, so you're going to hear the bells from 6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m.
It's in farming country, so you will get the aroma of animals when the breeze blows.
If you are going to hike, there are many trails just outside the door.
If you are electromagnetic sensitive (as I am), be aware that there are high tension wires very close to the house and LED lighting throughout the house.
The internet is spotty. It's satellite, but I think that is probably the same throughout the area.
Check in could have been improved with an email ahead of time giving instructions on how to find the place, where to park, and how to get inside. Once I turned on the street, I saw 2, 4, then 14. There is a sign for 8 on the wrong side of the street, but no house there, so I drove around a while trying to figure that out.
I think the owner is enthusiastic about wanting guests to feel welcome. She got us the Konus card within 5 minutes of arriving.
I'm grateful to have such a large and clean space for us to spread out.
