"Prices from this hotel had gone up and up, but quality of the breakfast went done, also staff in the breakfast/restaurant was so unfriendly, not a "good morning" from the young staff. The just pretty much talk to you to ask room number. Also, even with pre-booking of the parking space, there was no control from reception of my reservation of parking lot. Because of this, really consider to try other hotels in the same area."

"Superb location, excellent staff and services. Room and whole hotel in as-new decorative order, none of the usual scuffs and signs of wear. "Had a great stay here, within walking distance of the old town. Beautiful location with a lovely view over the river. Breakfast is nice, alot of options to choose from. Room small but clean, if you ask for an extra pillow they will bring you some up. Pool sauna and steam area, really clean well maintained and we had a lovely relaxing time up there. Was offered a robe and slippers too. Would definitely go back. "

"We only stayed here one night as our flight was cancelled. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm and managed to get a meal which was good. The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean although the bathroom was small. We had breakfast the following morning which was adequate."

Nice hotel

"Hotel is very nice and clean really liked but the girl with glasses who work in restaurant at evening time on the date 17/02/2025 doesn’t listen Costemer order and she is very ignorant she act like she own hotel and looking at people from above. Deep note : car park is not free it’s around £20 a night "

"I don’t receive upgrade benefit even though the hotel was quite empty. The service and staff are excellent. The spa is a great asset. The location couldn’t be better 2 mins walk to the main square. The only real negative was the lobby music which played in the lobby and restaurants. It was a 5 min loop and by the end of our stay was driving us up the wall."

"Lovely hotel on a quiet side street close the old market square. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel does not have many amenities and we didn’t take breakfast at the nearby restaurant as we opted to try a different cafe each morning. There are so many places nearby it was very easy to do. We would definitely stay here again. "
