The house is located in the famous ski resort Železná Ruda in the Bohemian Forest, just 500 m from the lower station of the cableway Špicák. In summer the area ideal for hiking. The train station is just 400 m and the restaurants are at only 80 m. Also you are near the border with Austria.

The house is fully equipped. In the kitchen you will find include a microwave and stove in the living room is a sitting area with television. The car can be parked in the parking lot next to the house.
