"I had looked forward to my stay at the Seehotel, booked for three nights during a business trip. The lakeside location and sauna/steam room facilities sounded ideal. However, upon arrival, I found a note in my room informing me there would be no telephones for the week due to system work. "The hotel was located conveniently for access into Mûritz National Park, especially by bicycle. The restaurant at the hotel had an excellent dinner. I was surprised when they did not give me the two story room, with the balcony, that I reserved and paid for. They also asked me to pay for my room a second time. They gave me a less roomy one story room, with no refund for the difference. I don’t know if these problems were caused by Expedia or the hotel, but it was a little unsettling."
