"Good things: -Apartment for two is adequate. Bathroom is spacious and nice. There was always enough hot water and the water pressure was fine. -Every 3 days we got a lot of clean bathroom and kitchen towels and garbage was taken out. -Beaches are pebbled and swimming shoes are a must. You can easily and cheaply buy them in the village. -Beaches are in the shade in the afternoon (late August). "Excellen cuisine and exceptioinal wine list strong in Croatian wines, focus on Dalmatian. Away from the bustle of toursits Room a bit small, and without a real desk. I wouldn't recommend using a rental car to visit the old city on the historic peninsula, moderte walking distance from A'mare. Public transportation is limited--and limiting or the less spry. Taxis abound. "

"Hotel is in a quiet area, if you want to head into Zadar city centre you can't walk but Ubers are cheap. Plenty of seating by the pool and in the bar. The hotel is right on the coast, which is a nice walk and the view of the sun set from there is beautiful. The dining options tend to be same for lunch and dinner. Room looked slightly old fashioned but the bed was comfortable, clean and the shower was good. "
