After we left front desk, she researched more infor we needed and WENT up to our room to show us more info that we needed and translated words we did not understand. Absolute professionalism, kind hearted, and showed me humanity in action."

"The room was overall clean, and it was nice to have a kitchen available. However, there was no door for the washroom, which could be inconvenient when traveling with others. The room didn’t have a hairdryer. It seemed the hotel was converted from an office building. My room didn’t have a window, only glass doors with a curtain, which didn’t feel very private. It’s a functional space, but some design choices might not suit everyone’s needs."

We asked for extra towels and were told no only one per customer and I might add they were small towels. Receptionist was good and very helpful and told us they were planning on remodelling next year. For the price quoted it was too much. Also we only stayed one night due to problems.
