"The staff here are all so wonderful. Vladimir, Dragi and the lady owner took care of me very well. The breakfast was very filling and the coffee was amazing. Vladimir was able to check me in early and the room was very clean. The ski area is very close from the property and Schladming town is a 5 min drive. A lot of parking spaces in the area. The facilities are great, pool, sauna, gym and there's a table tennis area. Really wonderful staff."

"Great hotel and perfect for the slopes. Unfortunately booked as pay on arrival but they take payment 1 month before directly off your credit card. So you lose the key points too. Very poor that thus website pass on the sensitive data. "

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of that? I asked to get at least a fan but i'm only a paying customer, why should i get a response? The hotel images, suggest that it is somewhat secluded. This is not the case as i was woken up by trains passing nearby (100-200m) at 7am. We had to sleep with open windows... Not my ideal vacation. The only bright side in this hotel was the F&B staff who were super friendly and helpful."

"Our stay at Alpina Wagrain was one of the most enjoyable experiences we’ve ever had. The property is nestled between mountain ranges, offering breathtaking panoramic views. I was absolutely stunned by the beauty of the view from our bedroom window. However, what truly stood out to us was the exceptional attitude of the staff. As a family-owned hotel, they have a remarkable way of caring for their guests. We were there for hiking, and they took the time to help us with hiking routes and even recommended a great restaurant. The people are absolutely amazing—they truly understand hospitality, and it’s clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast selection. As vegetarians, we were thrilled with the variety of options available. There was an abundance of fresh fruit, Alpro yogurts, and a selection of healthy seeds—it was heaven for us. The coffee was also delicious. We would love to return to Alpina Wagrain in the future. We deeply appreciate their hospitality and the wonderful food offerings."
