FANTASTIC APARTMENT NEAR THE BEACH.

Located in the quiet yet central residential complex of Sanz Enea in Zarautz, this apartment has been totally renovated, resulting in a bright & modern residence. It is located on the fourth floor in an external orientation surrounded by magnificent magnolia trees belonging to the Sanz Enea Palace, which currently serves as the local town library. Just 100 metres from the marvellous Zarautz beach, and also 200 metres from the historic village centre, Sanz Enea is ideally situated both for families and couples. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and a dining kitchen. The apartment also has pleasant balconies accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The apartment has a private parking space in the subterranean garage under the building with direct access to the fourth floor by lift.
Important note: Check- in is from 16:00 to 22:00. hours. Late check-in until 00:00 has an extra cost of 50 euros.

Apartamento grande Ubicación cerca de la playa Y el parking Apartamento muy troteado.Tuve wue wuitar las mantas de la puezera declas camas porque olían mal y estaban sucisimas . Para el precio que tiene el apartamento una televisión ridícula y pequeña que ya no se ve por ningún lado. Yo pondría mosquiteras porque hemos salido todos con unas picaduras de insectos tremendo. Mis pobres nietos acribillados de picaduras. Muy pocos cubiertos . Y haría falta un tendedero movible en la terraza porque dentro no se seca la ropa.

En principio es una ciudad que me encanta, pero ademas al contar con este alojamiento es una gozada, lo mejor para mi es la ubicacion, cerca de todo, si de todo, playa, comercios, tren.... Entspannte Woche in einem tollen Ort.
Die Wohnung ist klasse,geschmackvoll, gemütlich, sehr sauber, alles drin was man braucht. Die Vermieterin Amaia ist sehr nett und war für uns da. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand und in die Altstadt. Nette Lokale. Schöne Wanderung zum Campingplatz auf den Klippen und über die Klippen nach Getaria. Am Strand im Lokal des Fernsehkochs Karlos beste Croissants, sehr guter Sangria und leckere Pintxos zu guten Preisen.

Lo mejor para no estar en la casa propia de uno
Despues de estar 20 años yendo a un hotel en Zarautz, hace cuatro años descubrimos este piso. El primer años fuimos con desconfianza, lo veiamos muy bien en internet pero hasta que no llegas no sabes qué te vas a encontrar. Bueno pues encontramos, no lo que se ve en internet sino algo mucho mejor. La vivienda limpia, equipada de todo, el primer año preguntamos si tenian carro de la compra, pues nos gusta ir al mercado y, a los 30 minutos, teniamos un carro en la puerta del piso. Amaia y Aberri son encantadoras pero, aun siendo importante, lo que realmente interesa, que es estar a gusto en las vacaciones, en esta vivienda se consigue. Limpieza, abastecimiento, situación, equipamiento. Bueno, no voy a serguir, pero no crean que estoy exagerando. Es una maravilla. Lo que se ve en las fotos, se lo van a encontrar "in situ". Amaya, Aberri, sabeis que os deseamos lo mejor. Os lo mereceis, haceis que cada año estemos más días y mas a gusto. Este año, los 10 días, se han pasado sin enterarnos. Gracias

Great location, easy access to beach, trains & busses. Apartment is clean, large, nice furniture.
Owners are friendly & helpful. There's a free parking space & even a cafe at the ground level! Sometimes you can hear the neighbors due to thin walls, & the washing machine needs instructions in English. But overall a very nice place to explore the Basque region.

Apartamento precioso muy cerca de la playa. Limpio, luminoso y con una decoración exquisita que te hace sentir como en tu propia casa. Las propietarias son encantadoras y el trato no puede ser mejor. Zarautz ofrece una combinación perfecta entre paisaje, gastronomía y tranquilidad. Absolutamente recomendable.
